The new R460 million development comprises 16,300m² of premium grade offices and includes 8,300m² new regional offices for Discovery at Century City, Cape Town. MWKE was appointed as the client consultant and representative responsible for overseeing the entire electrical and electronic services designs and installations, which included medium voltage, generators, UPS systems, electrical, lighting, electronic services, voice/data services and BMS.
